A Weekly Tip

Here is a Salesforce trick I found recently. We use Campaigns for our Digital Advertising by the Quarter, so, for example, our leads that interact with a LinkedIn Campaign this quarter are attached to the LinkedIn Ads - Q2 2024 Campaign. The Campaign Member Status is whatever the LinkedIn Campaign group is, meaning we can have anywhere between 5 and 30 Member Statuses each time. Whenever the Quarter ended, I would Clone the Salesforce Campaign, change the dates, but then still need to manually put in each one of the Campaign Member Statuses before I could set up the HubSpot Workflow to attach it for the Quarter.

Then I found the Salesforce Setting on the Campaign Page Layout that gives you the ability to “Clone with Related” on a Campaign, meaning you Clone the Campaign and get to keep the Campaign Member Statuses. Of course, that doesn’t mean the Campaign Members themselves carry over as well, which is good. A total game-changer.
